I love to write, and want to go beyond my coaching and mindset knowledge, by getting personal and sharing my own mindset improvement journey, and the ongoing work that comes with it.

Weekly, I dive into a hot topic and share questions or exercises to rewire the way you think. The Simple Mind can be your Friday power workout, mindset way!

I usually find my inspiration from conversation with coachees, friends, other business owners, and sometimes let’s be real from struggles happening in my own head!
